The gentleman arrived promptly at the scheduled time, assessed the situation, and in less then 5 minutes provided me a fair quote; he didn’t have to call his boss to haggle with me on price. Once I agreed with the quote, he quickly repaired the toilet leak, then replaced and painted the damaged drywall, Also, unlike most contractors , he cleaned up after himself instead of leaving it for me to do.

Great customer service with quick response! Painted my bathroom great , with great response to all the small detailed items and trim . He is focused on one project at time . Once the projected was started , he stayed on it until it was fully completed. With suggestions of improvements such as adding a exhaust fan and other items . Fair pricing.

Bill provides comprehensive service which has been extremely hard for me to find as an owner with rental properties who can’t always be there. On several occasions he had gone into a unit and gave me his thorough recommendations and was very up front on what was optional and if anything was outside his scope. He is a problem solver, can be trusted to see things through until the end and does not require supervision or reminding to do everything he said he was going to do! Extremely happy and will be using him as long as he is avaialble!
