The company never showed up for our confirmed 12 pm appointment today. I sent them various text messages to see what’s was going on but they have not responded . It appears someone called from a Newjersey number at 11 am but did not leave a message and I called the number back and nobody picks up. I am not sure if that was them but they have completely wasted my time and leave at work. So unprofessional for a business to not show up like this.

Hi Keef, I did call you about 3 times prior to our appointment WINDOW of 12-2pm I called at 11:04 and 11:23 you did not answer the phone, so I wasn’t able to confirm this project with you the day of, which is customary for our company. When you did call me back I was in the middle of an installation with another customer. I MAKE IT A POINT TO GIVE MY FULL UNDIVIDED ATTENTION TO THE PROJECT I AM CURRENTLY ON, Just as I would have for you. Your 1 star review is not a fair representation for my business or the events of today, as you failed to answer the phone and canceled within the allotted window you agreed too when you picked it. So It seems to me you have given me a 1 star review for not doing a walk-thu that was not confirmed by you the customer. Let me remind you This was not a service call, It was a walk-though to provide with an estimate.

Had 7pm confirmed appt. Calls me at 6:30 to cancel due to “flooding” - no flooding happening. Asks to reschedule for earlier but I work at hospital until 7. I tell him i am not available then and that I had a 7pm confirmed with him. He tells me the equivalent of “go pound sand then” and hangs up on me. This happened. Extremely unprofessional. Do not hire if it’s sprinkling or puddles out. He won’t show or claim an excuse. I’m sure others may hire him, and that’s their choice, but sad to see a professional act this way. Rain is part of the job. And if you have concerns call the customer. I was driving and cannot text. Just not cool at all.

I wasn’t going to respond, but for the record I never told you the “equivalent of go pound sand” after trying to work with you on schedule and not able to, I finally said “well, there’s nothing I can do” I thought that was pretty polite. Also I did call you as you first noted. Lastly I’ll add (for the readers), Ive t 1 star reviews from customers that I don’t/can’t actually do the work for. *Notice 5star reviews from customer I do provide service.

Very disappointing! $500 to mount 3 TVs. These were not upfront quoted costs or costs discussed when new mounts were needed. Had a helper so that was a cost too. Work done was not done professionally. He did not clean up behind himself. Nice guy but was not honest about costs and additional costs. I called several times to inquire and he refused to discuss invoice details with me. I’ll need additional work done to correct this small project.
