Hurricanes are a common thing in FL. After getting hit with two almost back to and then finding out or dealing with damage repairs and the insurance company seemed like a nightmare.A friend recommended I contact Better Roofing to help me asses the real damages I might have before calling my insurance and getting the run around. Better Roofing sent Jay out to start the inspection and the next day Jon the owner came out him self to confirm the inspection. They both helped walk me through the whole process. Even when the insurance company first only wanted to offer a repair they knew just what to do and helped me every step of the way. They made sure I got a fair and accurate inspection from the insurance company as well as help point out things that where caused by the damage to the inspector for a clear picture of the work that was needed.A short time after the inspection my roof and gutters were replaced on the entire house. The crews they sent out to do the work were all super polite and professional. They took their time from start to finish to make sure every detail of their work was done right the first time. This includes the clean up to make sure they did their very best to collect all the extra roofing nails from my drive way and yard so that our dogs or tires didnt hit one on accident.I would highly recommend using them again for any other roof repair or referring them out to friends and family to use. A++ team in my book!

After Hurricane Milton hit we had significant roof damage for the first time since moving to Florida in 2007. Having never dealt with insurance companies before, storm damage, etc. we were very overwhelmed. Brandon was outside helping some neighbors. Best decision I made was asking him if he could take a look at my roof. From Day 1, this company walked us through the process, was there when our adjuster came out, was transparent every step of the way. I could not possible recommend Better Roofing any more strongly. All of this and the quality of the new roof is amazing. So happy we were able to find these guys!!!

I am doing a complete renovation of my first home in St. Petersburg. The original roof was 17 years old and had leaks which necessitated extensive wood decking repair and repair of multiple trusses.I was originally working with another roofing company but their schedule didn't fit with my needs. That's when I reached out to John and Mark. They were able to get me an estimate within a few days, and a week later I had a new roof, complete with decking and truss repair and the addition of skylights!I was impressed with how accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly the team at Better Roofing & Restoration was and I would recommend them to my family.

Lived in Lutz for five years now and Milton is the first storm to impact me personally. Following the storm I reached out to two companies but did not receive a timely response. Two other companies were going door to door and automatically went to your whole roof needs to be replaced and youre gonna want to contact your insurance for replacement. Following both interactions I felt like I was merely a $$$$ to them.Feeling a bit overwhelmed I reached out to a few trusted neighbors and they suggested Better Roofing and Restoration. Within 24 hours, Jonathan Brosher returned my call and came out to inspect my roof for damage. Within 48 hours I had a fair and reasonable quote to repair my roof and within 72 hours my repairs had been completed.Not once during the process did I feel like I was being misled or taken advantage of. I felt like a customer and not a victim to be taken advantage of. Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional and respectful.
