My wife comes from a similar culture to Lina and we wanted someone with whom expectations and communication would go smoothly. Lina has only come once to us but did a great job and we agreed to hire her on a bi-weekly basis for the time being, possibly weekly as we get our own businesses up and running. Unfortunately it's too dark to take good photos of her work, but perhaps next time.
