- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are based around an hourly rate. There are no hidden fees or charges. No one job is the same and not every homeowner's need is similar. We want to make sure we meet every standard that is set and the more detail you can give us, the more accurate estimate we can give!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is much desired! Before our initial visit, we like to have a brief phone call to get all the specifics you would like. The first clean typically will be a deep clean. We like to make sure everything is sparkling before we leave.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Research and reviews are very important. No one likes paying for a job twice. We believe in getting it done correctly the first time!
