- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact and Inquiry: This could be through our website, phone call, email, or in-person visit to our office. Pre-Qualification: Before proceeding further, it's essential to determine if your project aligns with our company's capabilities and expertise. Pre-qualification involves gathering basic information about the project scope, budget, timeline, and any specific requirements. Initial Meeting or Consultation: We then Schedule a meeting or consultation with the potential client to discuss their project in more detail. This is an opportunity to understand their vision, goals, preferences, and any specific needs they may have. It's also a chance for the client to learn more about our company and how we can help bring their project to life. Proposal Submission: Based on the information gathered during the initial meeting, we prepare and submit a proposal outlining our approach to the project, including design concepts, construction plans, timelines, costs, and any other relevant details. Contract Negotiation and Signing: The client accepts the proposal, the terms of the contract, including payment schedule, project milestones, scope of work, and any other relevant terms and conditions. Design Development: We work closely with the client to develop detailed design plans that align with their vision and requirements. Permitting : After the Design, we move to permitting Construction Phase: Timeline for this phase communicated to the customer in writing. Regular Communication and Updates: We maintain open and transparent communication with the client throughout the construction process, providing regular updates on the project's progress, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise, and seeking feedback to ensure that their expectations are being met. Project Completion and Handover: Upon completion of the construction phase, we conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure that all work has been completed to their satisfaction. Provide any necessary documentation, warranties, and instructions for maintenance and operation, and formally hand over the completed project to the client. Follow-Up and Feedback: After the project is complete, we follow up with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the results and address any remaining concerns or issues.
