- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I Check advertised specials and match or beat them. Prices for Thumbtack customers are reduced to 25 cents per sqft w/pretreatment, deodorizer, and services are upgraded so customers receive a high quality custom job at the lowest price. Rooms can be up to 150sqft or 10x15 give or take. Areas over 150sqft are only 25cents per sqft on the overage and not double like most Co's!. I provide the highest quality process for much less than the national franchises. I have been able to work with customers budgets, because I do the work and my costs are less. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call to go over project in detail. A walk thru at the time of service to inspect, address customers concerns, take direction and to project actual result expectations. A clear meeting of the minds is very important before service. This inspection allows me to determine the best methods and pretreatments for awesome results! Be sure to look at my reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
42 years certified carpet and upholstery cleaner. Previously trained and in management w/large national franchises and very active in the fields of Carpet, Upholstery, Leather, Tile @ Grout, fire and flood damage, odor removal and specialty surface clean-ups, residential and commercial. I have trained 100's of cleaning technicians, however, I do the work because, " if you want it done right, you do it yourself"
