- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job and how much time It is going to take me to complete the process that will make the customer happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work to get to know their needs before I ever even charge them a dime. This allows the customer to get to know me with no pressure and to be clear on what is needed to be helped with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a CEO, Interim CEO, COO, marketing and franchise executive and I have worked in just about every industry imageable so there is hardly a business model that I cannot help.
