Most business coaches or consultants have expertise in one area. For me I'm unique in the fact that I have many years of experience in Operations, sales, marketing, tax and accounting and have opened or assisted in opening more than 300 businesses in my career and counting.
I love what I do because for years I worked as an executive for large businesses and I realized my passion was for helping the small to midsized guys who have little or no resources to succeed. I am blessed to be doing what I love and what I was created to do!

I charge by the job and how much time It is going to take me to complete the process that will make the customer happy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work to get to know their needs before I ever even charge them a dime. This allows the customer to get to know me with no pressure and to be clear on what is needed to be helped with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a CEO, Interim CEO, COO, marketing and franchise executive and I have worked in just about every industry imageable so there is hardly a business model that I cannot help.
