- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price per project and take several factors into consideration when preparing a quote such as square footage, wall preparation requirements, level of design detail, and if any special equipment rentals such as scaffolding or lifts are required! Insurance, materials, and common wall prep all included, and your quote will be a turn-key quote with no surprise charges!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a zoom call to meet and talk through a few specifics to get to know you and your project ideas! Then we put together a mood board and hop on a second zoom call to walk through the mood board and hone in on your exact style and ideas so we have a clear picture of what you like heading into the design phase. Once a quote is agreed upon and a contract is signed, we will start designing and provide 3 mock-ups. You will get one round of revisions included. Then once you select the approved design the installation phase will start! We require 50% payment upfront the day the contract is signed, and the remainder is due the day of installation. We are very receptive to feedback and will leave you with a beautifully designed and installed professional mural that you will be proud to show off for years to come!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting full time since 2018 and have painted over 750 commissioned pieces and my business partner has 7 years of professional graphic designer experience!
