No Emergency or Commercial Services – We focus on residential electrical work during standard business hours. No Hidden Fees – What we quote is what you pay unless the project scope changes, which we’ll discuss upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – Customers can call, text, or submit an inquiry online. We gather basic details about their electrical needs. Service Fee & Scheduling – We explain our $99 service fee for a professional assessment and schedule a convenient time for the visit. On-Site Assessment – Our licensed electrician arrives on time, evaluates the issue, and provides an upfront, flat-rate quote. Approval & Work Completion – Once the customer approves the quote, we begin the work immediately if possible. For larger projects, we schedule a return visit. Final Walkthrough & Payment – After completing the job, we review the work with the customer and ensure satisfaction before collecting payment. Follow-Up & Support – We offer post-service support and encourage customers to join our Annual Protection Plan for ongoing benefits.
