- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price per the job. Whatever time it takes and whatever materials it takes. We have financing available and can process credit cards and ACH.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to perform a survey of the equipment, speak to the customer to find out what are the issues, what has the system been doing to justify my visit. Performing full system check: ductwork, system pressures, indoor supply and return temperatures, outdoor temp and calculating exact system requirements for the customer and comparing with actual readings to determine system deficiencies and offering customer repair options based on facts and not rule of thumb conjecture. The customer should never have to pay for a companies guesswork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergone training to install all new, cutting edge equipment. NATE certified (North American Technical Excellence) training. Licensed in two states (FL and AL).
