Chase was very responsive to me when I called him about my broken washing machine. He actually made time to come to my house on a Saturday so that I wouldn’t have to miss work. I appreciate that very much. He gave me a time the day prior and texted me when he was headed my way and was on time. He ended up having to order a part and as soon as it arrived he made time to come by and replace the part. I would definitely recommend Arnold Enterprises to anyone and will call them again for any future appliance needs. Picture of broken washer attached.
