Hello there, my name is Annie 🤗
I am passionate about helping others and honored to be able to share space with you, allowing for an overall mind, body, soul experience. Coming from a background in Behavior Therapy, I am able to provide personalized plans that can help you achieve your goals, or aligning with what serves your highest good. I certified in USUI Reiki, RYT-200 (trauma informed, Power Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Yin, restorative, etc.) and can add strength training such as barre or Pilates if requested. I am also Suzuki trained and have played Cello since the age of 5 - sound healing is another great add-on to my services. Cello lessons also available by request.

I had the most amazing reiki session! I had been fatigued and had a migraine and it was gone in 15 minutes and I felt lighter and rejuvenated!! Highly recommend to try Cosmic Connections!!

Beyond grateful to have crossed paths with Annie. Truly a cosmic connection! Her ability to be authentic and genuine when she teaches yoga is unmatched. This was an amazing yoga experience from start to finish. Annie has a true passion & care for not only her practice but for her clients. She was really thorough & took her time to perform a high quality yoga practice. Annie made me feel super comfortable, challenged me all while still having fun!
