- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally people get three bids and we are about the middle as far as pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give options concerning the work to be done, and pros and cons with the options. Suggested best methods to take care of their surfaces. Provide an estimate and after authorization we set a date and start time. Confirmation call prior to heading to your job.
