Hired Tommy after he visited our property for an estimate. After getting him to send a more detailed quote (the first was very vague) we sent him a $5000 deposit. He was supposed to start 3 days later, and called that morning to say his team didn’t show up so he will have to pass on our job. Said he would send back our money. It has been over a month. I waited all this time because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. He said he sent a check a month ago. I’ve given him multiple reminders and opportunities and methods of returning my $5000. I’m still waiting.
