My experience with Grandview Property Management has been exceptional. Dave is very knowledgeable of the Naples real estate market, conducted a thorough analysis of the market place, presented my home in a professional manner and successfully rented my home within 3 days of listing. Dave is very responsive both to myself and my tenants and was proactive in addressing issues in a professional and timely manner. Grandview Property Management provides wonderful online accounting and reporting services and the tenant/landlord portals are convenient and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend Grandview Property Management to any prospective landlord and as a tenant would sleep soundly knowing that Grandview is standing by to immediately address any issues should they arise.
