- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No charge to buyers. Sellers traditionally pay a small percentage from the sale of their property. Property management is a percentage based service. Leasing services typically average one months rent on annual rentals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting or phone discussion of their needs & goals. Since this is a relationship business, also determining that we are a right fit for one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates/Bachelors in Business Administration/Entrepreneurship/Management and a Masters in Diplomacy/International Commerce. I feel that this education helps when "thinking outside of the box" and pleasing buyer and sellers expectations simultaneously. I have started and successfully owned multiple businesses. To be successful in business one must first have a mission and second create and execute a well thought out proper strategy. I prefer to work this same approach when working with a a homeowner or investor.
