FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the complete experience I provide, not simply the time spent organizing. Clients receive thoughtful guidance, hands-on decluttering and organizing, practical problem-solving, personalized systems, and attention to the details that make a home function more smoothly. Every project is different, so recommendations are based on the scope of work, level of support needed, and overall goals. A complimentary 10-minute phone consultation is available as a first step. When an in-home assessment is needed, a consultation fee may apply and will always be explained before scheduling. A three-hour minimum applies in Collier County, and a six-hour minimum applies in Lee County due to travel. Discounted packages may be available for larger projects or ongoing support. Organizing products and other purchased materials are separate from the service fee and are always discussed and approved before purchasing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation so I can learn what feels challenging, understand your priorities, and determine the best next step. For larger or more detailed projects, we may schedule an in-home consultation to evaluate the space, discuss your routines and goals, and identify the level of support needed. From there, I recommend a personalized plan and clearly explain the scope and pricing before work begins. During our sessions, we typically declutter first, determine what should stay, and then create practical systems around your actual lifestyle. There is no judgment, no pressure to discard anything, and no expectation that you prepare before I arrive. I guide the process, help make decisions feel less overwhelming, and create solutions that are functional, sustainable, and realistic to maintain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Certified Life Coach since 2014, with more than a decade of experience helping people move through overwhelm, gain clarity, make confident decisions, and create meaningful change. I have also been an entrepreneur for most of my life, which has strengthened my ability to manage details, solve problems creatively, stay organized, adapt quickly, and follow through reliably. That combination of coaching and entrepreneurial experience is especially valuable in professional organizing. Clutter is rarely just about belongings; it can be connected to busy schedules, major life transitions, emotional attachments, decision fatigue, or simply not knowing where to begin. My coaching background allows me to bring patience, emotional intelligence, strong communication, and a judgment-free approach to every project, while my entrepreneurial experience helps me understand the importance of creating efficient, practical systems that save time and support daily life. I also bring years of hands-on experience in decluttering, professional organizing, home management, household problem-solving, and developing personalized systems that support the way each client actually lives.
