Satisfaction. We want our customers to be our number 1 source of advertising, and that can only be done through good relationships and an outstanding customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience. Not only personally, but combined. The locksmith trade is a close trade. It can only be learned when a previous locksmith decides to pass on the baton. It is only when a locksmith trusts you that he or she will then train you, and empower you, with all of his or her knowledge and experience. Then the new locksmith combines his or her experience with the experience of his many mentors.
