- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I truly believe meeting my potential client in person is a great way of laying down a strong foundation for a great client relationship. Also, I like to schedule appointments to meet in person at the job site, so that my costumer can tell me exactly what they want done and I can give them a more accurate quote.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My client wanted a 50ft Pine tree removed ASAP before the potential catastrophic hurricane "Matthew". Regarding the height of the tree, she could not find another company to do it for her on such a short notice. JAG took her worries into consideration and got the job done the same day she called. It was done in a very quick and concise manner. Ending result was a worry-free and satisfied customer! Definitely, a job well done by the JAG crew.
