We have had Authentic for many years hiring them originally for cleaning our 8 buildings of 30 units. We have also used them for general maintenance. They are very reliable.

I have used Authentic Maintenance and Team for 5 years. They are on time and work hard. I manage large scale HOA's and Condo's and my Owners use them for services as well. Call them if you want the job done right the first time.

I purchased a condo and live out of state. I had no idea who to use to paint the inside. I got his name from my realtor, and from the very first interaction with Cletis, he did exactly what he said he would when he said he would do it. Excellent work, very professional yet personable I cannot believe from beginning to end how perfectly smooth this transaction was. Ive never had an experience with a contractor like this before. So good, this is my first Google review ever! Im thankful to have met him.
