- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing comes with a-lot of benefits. For example, a client calls me after working hours I will respond via email, text, or phone call. If we cannot resolve the issue we will respond on site within 24 to 72 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first process is to exchange information so I can input it in our customer contact list. If client approves a quote we ask them to make a payment for the product first and when the job is complete we collect the remaining balance. Our client are not treated like a customer numbers they become family and friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vantage, URC, Total Control, Savant, Network and Logitech Certified. I also work with Comcast/ Xfinity tech 5 years.
