I contacted Eduardo about replacing carpeting in two bedrooms with luxury vinyl plank. He responded quickly and scheduled a meeting the next day for provide an estimate. After reviewing our rooms he provided a very fair estimate for the installation of our flooring. After I purchased the flooring, Eduardo picked up the material, removed our carpeting, prepared the concrete floor, install a vapor material, install our LVP and installed the quarter round and threshold moldings. Then he and his partner moved our funiture back into our bedrooms. He did a great job. I will definitely use he services again and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs new luxury vinyl plank flooring installed.

I can’t say enough good things about Eduardo,, and his team. Had a 600 square-foot piece of floor, carpet with raw concrete beneath, badly in need of leveling. Also, I was facing a time crunch. Eduardo visited, assessed the place thoroughly, explain to me exactly how they would work. I found them easy to talk with, and knowledgeable. Leveling the floor, underlayment, wood flooring. A couple of unusual curves in our floor design. All started within a couple of days from our estimate, and took two days overall. We love the look. The planking, completely level, mitering, right on, quarter round, and other trim looks terrific. Cleaned and vacuumed, moved furniture back where it belonged. Can’t ask for better.

Eduardo not only comes on time , he does exactly what I asked for plus some work under floor that was awesome 🤩 he does a very complete job and his explanation is very good,it was better than expected and a super guy to work with.it looks great with what I think 🤔 is custom!!! Thank You!!!!!

I reached out to Eduardo on Thurs afternoon with a last-minute request to have luxury vinyl plank flooring installed inside of my primary closet before Mon. Eduardo returned my text with a text and a follow up phone call within 3 mins. He sent pics of his work. He was super professional and agreed to take on the job on Sat, so that I could meet my deadline before the closet installation. Eduardo even had a flooring sample, so I didn't have to shop that worked with my color scheme. Everything worked out perfectly. My floor looks great. Eduardo and his partner were neat, tidy and worked quickly. They even cleaned up afterwards. Eduardo helped me with an unrelated project involving weather stripping and provided additional referrals to assist me with future projects. I highly recommend Eduardo's Flooring and will use again in the future. Eduardo truly has magic hands.
