We had a wonderful experience working with Andy Brant. He responded to us quickly and we got in to see him in about 1 day. Turns out my battery was about to explode and he knew immediately what the problem was. Since I needed a new laptop he helped me select a better product that fit my needs. We ordered quickly and within a couple days he had it loaded with my information from the old laptop. Andy knows so much about computers and laptops and security it is mind boggling. When we are in Naples and need help with laptops, we are calling our PC Surgeon. Thanks for everything Andy.
