We had a wonderful experience working with Andy Brant. He responded to us quickly and we got in to see him in about 1 day. Turns out my battery was about to explode and he knew immediately what the problem was. Since I needed a new laptop he helped me select a better product that fit my needs. We ordered quickly and within a couple days he had it loaded with my information from the old laptop. Andy knows so much about computers and laptops and security it is mind boggling.
