- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be competitive in our pricing, but we are confident in our skills that we back our work with a 3 year workmanship warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complete customer engagement and involvement. Initially, we schedule the first appointment, as to assess the work to be done. At that point, we will take measurements and pictures, and begin the estimating process. The estimate itself may take a mere 30 minutes, or it may be a week before we have all the information back. Once the estimate is accepted, we begin the process of permitting and engineering and ordering the material. Once the permit has been issued and the material is in, we will begin your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years working in all aspects of construction, from material supply to working in framing and trim carpentry and painting, to construction management, project management, and DIrector of Sales for a fortune 100 company. We have built or remodeled over 1000 homes
