Chef Aaron has a command of the kitchen and craft that I have not experienced with other Chefs. He is perceptive and understood our tastes and delivered a series of dishes that were spot on with what we wanted. The food was reasonably priced, delicious and exceeded our expectations. Additionally, Chef Aaron was fun and pleasant to work with. My husband and I are looking forward to another wonderful private cooking experience! Thank you Chef!

I had a wonderful experience with Chef Aaron! He was very responsive to all requests, had great ideas for menu selection, and always worked with me regarding substitutions or additions to the menu. He is extremely professional and always on time (which is a great bonus for a south Florida business...iykyk). More importantly, the food was delicious! Everything was beautifully arranged and served at the correct temp. I've worked with numerous caterers over the years and Chef Aaron is now at the top of my list! I highly recommend him and his company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 24 years in the industry, I needed a change in my career and wanted a different life style for my children. I really enjoy Cooking its my passion, my gift and teach is a passion of mine as well. So, I decided to combined the two and create the ideal job/ career.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with all sorts of Customers. I have work with kids cooking class to adult cooking classes. Beginners and basic skills to advanced and modern techniques of cooking. I enjoy all, so no matter the age or experience in cooking everyone gets the same level of professionalism.
