Introduction

I have been bartending for private events for the past several years. I took the bartending class at National Bartenders and Casino School in Fort Myers, Florida and have received my certificate. I used to bartend part time at Artis Naples (Formerly known as Naples Philharmonic) for 7 years and quit in 2019. Right now, I just bartend for private holiday, cocktail, birthday parties, graduations, weddings, etc. One thing that sets me apart from your average bartender is that I always like to concoct a signature drink for any party or event that I am hired for. I go over all the details with the host and have always been complimented for my great concoctions, and my superior services. I can do simple events serving just beer and wine, to full bar, including mixed drinks. I am also TIPS Certified, which is an asset when hiring a bartender for private events. My rates are very flexible. I can also set up the bar and serve cocktails as well.

Ahmad is very polite and helpful. He provided ideas and even of list of items needed. I hired him for my event but unfortunately it was canceled. I will for sure use him in the future.

Bridgette, I do apologize for not showing up for your party. As I said, this was not intentional. You had first posted your ad for needing a Bartender on Saturday, December 12th. I replied back right away with a quote, and received a call from you the following day. When you called me on Sunday, and hired me for your party, you had stated that you would call me back with the specific details, such as time, address, and dress code. I have sent you a few messages through Thumbtack, called and left voicemail and text messages for you, but never heard back. I got a call from your son around 9 on Saturday night, the night of the party. He asked me why I was not there, and how soon can I get there, as the party had already started. At that time, I had my 10 years young daughter with me, and I am a single father, so I was not going to leave her alone or bring her to the party with me. If I would have had all the details prior to the day of the party, I would have hired a baby sitter to watch my daughter. I do apologize again, and felt bad that I could not help you out, but please understand I reached out to you every way possible to get the specific details, but had no luck. Ahmad

Ahmad bartended my daughter's wedding at an outdoor event at a local church. There were approximately 85 people in attendance. I assisted Ahmad for approximately 15 minutes during the initial rush for the bar and after that Ahmad handled the bar alone for the remaining 4:45 hrs. Ahmad was on time, had great ideas for serving and was very professional. I would hire Ahmad again for my next function.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system or rates. What matters most to me is gaining a new client, and making new connections. For that reason, my rates are very flexible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I get contacted by a perspective client, I always try to find out what kind of drinkers will be attending the event. The reason this is so helpful is because I always have a signature drink, which seperates me from your average bartender. If the majority of the guests are whiskey drinkers, I concoct a really nice whiskey drink. Same for Vodka, rum, etc. I also like to base these signature drinks around what the special occassion is, like Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took the Bartending class and am Certified through the National Bartenders and Casino School in Fort Myers, FL.
