- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once we have fully understood your vision, and used our experience to create a firm fixed price quote, we stand by that price. We have discounts available to our customer on the Home Ally Maintenance monthly or quarterly maintenance plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a no-cost, no-obligation firm fixed price proposal. Once the proposal is approved, our team will schedule your service. For multi-day projects we will give you a daily update on the progress made and how the project tracks against the project plan. Upon completion of our work, we will walk through the project to ensure you are satisfied. We will go through the project scope to make certain all elements of the work plan are complete.
