1. Kitchen island:installation of 3 mini-chandeliers 2. Master bathroom: installation of 1 light fixture 3. Guest bedroom: installation of 1 light fixture 4. Office: installation of 1 light fixture 5. Installation of 7 dimmer switches and 6 outlets. Actions: Jesse and Lily, his wife were TERRIFIC!They texted me 40 minutes prior to their arrival, which allowed me to ensure all material was ready for installation. Upon prompt arrival, they took off their shoes prior to coming in my home. They had a very organized stack of 3 tool boxes that were wheeled in and left at the entrance. We did a walk through where I described each of the tasks to be completed. Then, I left the house for 30 minutes to retrieve payment and when I came back the project was started, to my amazement, with installation of 6 electrical outlets. Then they moved down the list and completed each task with professionalism that allowed me to enjoy the work being done! In fact, he estimated 8 hours, it was complete in 6 hours, including 3!add-on tasks. The cost of the job was $300, I paid $380 because of the effort and quality of the work! WHOA! I am so grateful to Jesse and Lily for the work they did to make my house a Home! Compassionate, Professional, Prompt, Great Listening skills, amazing attitude and spirit! So much appreciated! I am so grateful for the value Jesse and Lily added to my house.
