Romina is the best yoga instructor I have ever had. I used to think that I wasn’t capable to do yoga because of my body type but Romina makes everything doable for any skill level. She takes the time to explain modifications for positions. She is constantly checking to see how you are doing during the session and after the session there is a debrief of how we felt. She even goes as far as to check up to see how we felt the day after the session. She is very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to take an amazing yoga class. Keep up the good work girl!
