Introduction
I’m Molly, a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor offering 1-1 and group class sessions.
My classes are designed to be fun, uplifting, and accessible for all levels—whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro. Expect dynamic flows, energizing playlists, and just the right amount of challenge (with plenty of modifications to meet you where you are). I believe that fitness should be something you look forward to, so I keep things lighthearted, engaging, and full of good vibes.
Whether you’re looking for private one-on-one sessions, small group classes, or a fun event with friends, I’ll help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence—all while having a great time.

Molly is INCREDIBLE! Such an excellent teacher, and extremely adaptable, as she is easily able to modify any workout to account for my joint issues. Another major plus is her expertise and understanding of astrology. A workout and an overview of the current state of the stars? Sign me up! I adore Molly and cannot wait to continue private lessons
