My 1-1 session are designed for you to feel and live your best. It includes meditation, breath work, vinyasa yoga, restorative, aroma therapy and sound healing.

Didi is the best yoga instructor! She’s very dedicated to her craft. Her classes are challenging, but rewarding. She motivating and also assist her students with poses. She’s very responsive and professional! Love her class! I look forward to her spicy classes. 100/100 recommend.
