Jr. responded within 15 minutes of Inquiry. He came the next day, at exactly 8 am. He provided a slightly different material than I had intended but after the night to review his suggestion (with a few additional questions), he was able to schedule appointment which allowed me to celebrate Christmas in a refreshed home. He replaced corrugated plastic awning sheets with insulated aluminum sheets. After the tear out, the sheets I had planned on using would have failed as the planks they would have rested on had warped. His suggestion worked perfectly. His price was not cheap, but it was reasonable. I felt as though I were dealing with a top professional company. Knock on wood, the corrugated aluminum sheets have a much better chance of surviving a tropical storm, possibly a cat 1 or 2 Hurricane.

I can’t even begin to express how happy we are with the service and quality of work that JPN provided! We had a screen enclosure installed on our front patio.. What a wonderful, pleasant experience! I was having such problems with one of my old awnings and couldn’t fix it myself. Thank goodness for J. Junior! He cheerfully and perfectly fixed that old awning with new hardware and showed me how to do it. Lesson learned! I highly recommend him and will be calling him for future projects.
