- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us about your water or mold damage problem, we will first ask you a few questions to assess the situation. We will then send out a team to inspect the damage and develop a plan of action. Once we have a plan, we will execute it and monitor the situation to ensure that the problem is solved.
