Our SAT/ACT test prep tutoring focuses on teaching students exactly what they need to know to minimize test taking anxiety and maximize score improvements. Our students improve an average of 240 points on the SAT and 5 points on the ACT with our full length courses. Over the years we’ve helped hundreds of students attend their dream schools, attain $25 million in scholarship money, and even gain acceptance into Ivy league schools. We offer pay as you go tutoring, without contracts, to make our program accessible to everyone. Every student that signs up for our 1-on-1 tutoring also gains FREE access to our college consulting course which has been fundamental in helping our students get into their dream schools. My daughter needed help in high school Algebra. Blake and his the entire team stepped up and helped my daughter get on track and up to speed. My daughter said the lessons and the tutor were both good and she was happy with the help and results. I definitely recommend Amikka - they are professional and friendly and know what they are doing. I also appreciate the fact that they are not just out to get your money. My daughter didn’t need all the tutoring time I paid for so Amikka let me know that I can use the additional unused time for any future tutoring like PSAT or SAT prep help which we will do. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our ivy league tutors charge between $60-70/hour with no additional fees. Our tutors scored in the 99th percentile and went through our training and development program to ensure that they are the best of the best. Discounts are available if you work alongside a friend or refer a friend to any of our sat/act test prep courses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our students a FREE diagnostic and then give them an overview of our course. After this we are able to build them a personalized program based on their strengths and weaknesses. Once the student has completed a few sessions we build them a mid course and post course study guide for optimal learning. Most importantly we make sure that all of our students are motivated to work towards achieving their highest potential.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take every single practice exam in each new book to ensure that we are up to date on the concepts and strategies necessary to excel on the exam. Our internal strategy is also built from thousands of hours of experience so we are able to hyper personalize our programs based on our students current level, time availability, and goal.
