- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees for my services are clearly listed on my page and I am ready to work with you as soon as we agree to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, when I receive the lead, I contact the customer with 1 hour of receiving the lead. Then I attempt to contact the customer either via email, text, or phone. When contact is made, I explain to the customer my work process and reaffirm the price. Finally, required documents are submitted and a timeframe to complete the service is agreed upon. When I receive payment from the customer, I submit the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a master's degree in Business Administration(MBA) from Florida International University. I am a tax professional and life and health insurance agent in Florida with over 14 years of experience in the field. I am a very well experienced and expert at what I do.
