- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending on several facts such as pool/spa size, condition, surroundings, and location. For this particular reason, I prefer traveling to the customer's location so I can visualize what I am going to be working with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to the customer's location and give them a free estimate in which I analyze the situation and explain the procedure to the customer while I educate them on the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Pool Inspector (CPI). I also have Certification for Swimming Pool Equipment Repairs. I have been working for almost 7 years on the pool field and also worked on construction as an Electrician Assistant.
