My old pool company failed to show and tried to tell me that they were, but cameras don’t lie. So I found LT Pools who provided me with a reasonable estimate and most importantly, showed up when they said they would. They even provided pictures of their service in progress without me even asking. So far so good with TL Pools!

I reached out to LT Pool and Spa Services because I wasn’t pleased with my current provider which was Pinch A Penny. I reached out and they were very prompt and they showed up on the day as promised and the person cleaned my pool added chemicals and I was really pleased. So going forward they will be coming back every week which I am looking forward to.

I needed a last minute clean before the closing of our house. The storms had really dirtied it up and we are now living in the other coast. I called Leandro with only one days notice and he came out the next day before 8am and had it crystal clear just in time the closing.

The pricing varies depending on several facts such as pool/spa size, condition, surroundings, and location. For this particular reason, I prefer traveling to the customer's location so I can visualize what I am going to be working with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to the customer's location and give them a free estimate in which I analyze the situation and explain the procedure to the customer while I educate them on the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Pool Inspector (CPI). I also have Certification for Swimming Pool Equipment Repairs. I have been working for almost 7 years on the pool field and also worked on construction as an Electrician Assistant.
