FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system for my service. Students pay per lesson. Each lesson is one hour long. I have students taking 1, 2, 3 or up to 6 hours of Spanish per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is: 1. We set up a meeting day/time. During that meeting we talk about his/her goals, interests, weaknesses and strengths, experience with the language, we have a conversation in Spanish (if he/she studied Spanish before) and I responde questions he/she may have about myself, the classes or the language. 2. Once I know exactly his/her level, we can schedule the first lesson. 3. I reconfirm the appointment the day before and I send the document we are going to work with in class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, plus, I regularly attend seminars and conferences (an average of 10 courses per year). I do enjoy webinars!
