There’s a real need for a solar company that will respond when your install company you bought the system from goes out of business. Soflo and owner saved me on a re-roof project. I have now adopted them as my go to service provider. They had some bumps on permitting but will say they stayed the course until permitting was approved and job completed. I have no negatives to report.

Reached out to soflo solar advisors through thumbtack Sunday early morning at 3:00am. Like many other comments on here, I got a solar system installed by titan and parts through solar edge. Little back story titan came out to my property and removed 3 optimizers and then went bankrupt so I was paying for electricity and loan on solar. Luis reached out to me at 8am promptly and we spoke on the phone for about 15 minutes and in those 15 minutes he was able to give me some peace of mind on the solar system and getting it back up and running. He was very professional and walked me through all the steps of changing the installer etc. he was then at my property on Tuesday. Tested everything and gave me a rundown of what needed to be replaced. He took care of all the paperwork with solar edge and the parts were all ordered and at my house on Saturday. Luis was able to fit me into his schedule and replace the inverter and 3 optimizers to get my system back up. Pricing was very fair. We also discussed putting on a critter guard for the panels. This will be the next project.
