- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is highly flexible depending on the type of work and we love giving good discounts to see our customers smiling. There is no mandatory fee or subscription unless you decide to go for a service contract with us. All installed equipment belongs to you for life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to stop by and assess the scope of work to provide the full price before we start working. If the customer agrees with the price we schedule installation. We don't charge for the time spent as it's not fair for either us or customers. We work fast and professionally and never stretch the time to charge customers more as other contractors that charge hourly rates do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in security system installation, repair and servicing is the best training a contractor can get.
