- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for a good job, I don’t like to overcharge but at the same time not cheap because that’s what are you going to get “a cheap job”. I give discounts when they recommend my job or if it’s something easier then I expect it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the person to set an appointment, contact the customer upon arrival, introduce myself and then the job process step by step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in a foreign county as an accountant, I also got certified for roof tile installation, peal and stick waterproof and also for water mitigation.
