Had company come out yesterday insulated in the attic and already feel a difference with the temperature The team that came out was very professional cleaned up afterwards explained everything that they were doing I would highly recommend this company and they actually showed up when they said they would I called other companies never called back they call back right away

It took 6 appointments to get the job done! If you hire this company, you need to go in your attic before you pay them as they only sprayed insulation over about half of the rooms in our house. The first appointment that we had, they didn't show up or call. When we called them, they made some excuse and made another appointment which they showed up late to. The two guys were here about 2 hours and said they would send us before and after photos in a couple of days. We paid in full (big mistake). A few days later, they emailed us 2 before photos and 1 after photo of 1 area in our attic. My husband went into our attic to find out that they didn't spray over our office, back bathroom and hallway, one of our son's bedrooms and our dining room. He emailed the owner and he said he would send them back. The date he gave us, they didn't show up so my husband emailed them and he said that their truck broke down and they will come when it is fixed. Why didn't they call that morning to tell us this? Then they made another appointment to come and they said first thing in the morning but they didn't show up until a few hours later. My husband showed them all of the areas that needed to be done and they said they would do them. They left after 2 hours and then my husband went up again to check. They only did over my son's room and still didn't do the other areas. What they were doing for 2 hours I will never know. The next time they were supposed to come, he sent a different crew that he told my husband that they would be here yesterday around 9:30. By 11:00, my husband called to see where they were and he was told that they would be here before 2 PM because they did another job first. When this second crew got here, they said they had no idea that they were coming to us at all and they didn't have the correct tools to do the job so they promised us they would return tomorrow morning (this morning) to finish the job. When no one showed up by 10 AM, my husband called the office again and weas told that they had to do another job first and will be here around 12:30. The lack of communication with this company is amazing. The guys showed up and completed the job that the first crew chose not to do correctly. We finally have the insulation in our attic that we paid for. I am guessing that most people don't go in their attics to check to see if the job was done correctly so there is a good chance that many of their customers only got half the insulation that they paid for. Be careful!
