- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are among some of the lowest compared to my competitors with my resume packages starting at $89.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After payment is made, the next steps are: Message me your most recent resume and we will begin working on the package you selected. If you do not have a resume, message us requesting a resume questionnaire which we will message to you and have you return to us filled out so we can create the resume package you purchased. If other packages are purchased, I will contact you to get additional information for LinkedIn and other documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA and have worked in career services, resume writing, and recruiting for 15+ years. Have written over 1,000 resumes and hundreds of Optimized LinkedIn Profiles.
