Peter was running a little late so he called to let us know. Very professional. Peter was very pleasant and attentive. He explained what he was going to do and was very responsive to our questions. When he finished he said he would invoice us by the end of the day and send a report also. His fee for the job was quite reasonable also. Very satisfied.

If you don’t know anyone who has had inspection work done, look online for service providers with a good track record. In addition to this, call and ask for an in person estimate, which helps you get a better more accurate price. I give free estimates in my area!
