- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial contact where you tell me what type of property you are looking for and your objective. # of beds and bathrooms and Budget. - I send you multiple options to your email with information and pictures, usually about 7-10 properties that comply with the characteristics you are looking for. - You select the properties that you like the most, usually between 2 - 5 properties - I get the appointments for you to see the properties - We present an offer to the seller for the property that you like the most - If the offer is accepted I will assist you throughout the whole process: dealings with seller, listing agent, inspection, Homeowners association, insurance, title company until a happy closing :)

Licensed Real Estate Associate Realtor 18 years of experience with different types of Investments: stocks, bonds, mutual funds, US treasury bonds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA): most respected designation in investment management.
