The typical process for us when working with a new customer typically involves a few simple steps. 1. Initial consultation: We will discuss your needs and the specific details of the property, such as the number of units, the condition of the property, and any unique features or challenges. 2. Assessment of the property: We will conduct an assessment of the property to evaluate its condition and identify any areas that may require attention or improvement. 3. Legal compliance: We will ensure that the property and the tenant's lease agreement is in compliance with the local and state laws. 4. Management Agreement: We will send a digital agreement to sign electronically and setup your direct deposit account to receive payments. We will also setup your dashboard where you review the financials for each of one of your properties.
