My Process for Working with New Customers Initial Meeting: I start with a face-to-face meeting to establish rapport, discuss your needs, and understand your expectations for managing the property. Property Viewing: I personally visit the property to assess its condition, features, and unique challenges to ensure I can provide the best possible management services. Document Review: I thoroughly review all relevant documents, including the condo or HOA governing documents, financial reports, and any other property-related materials. This helps me gain a complete understanding of the property’s requirements and legal framework. Needs Assessment: Together, we discuss your specific goals and priorities, such as maintenance, vendor management, financial oversight, or enhancing community satisfaction. Customized Plan: Based on our discussions and my evaluation, I develop a detailed approach to manage your property that aligns with your expectations and goals. I emphasize a client-focused process that will ensure a strong foundation for a successful partnership.

I hold an MBA, which provides me with a strong foundation in business management, financial analysis, and strategic planning—key skills for effective property management. For the past three years, I have gained hands-on experience managing my own condominium association as both the treasurer and president. Working alongside a hired property manager, I have successfully overseen budgeting, vendor coordination, and community operations, giving me valuable insights into the complexities of property management. Additionally, I serve as the treasurer of my church, further demonstrating my expertise in financial oversight, organizational leadership, and community service. My combination of formal education and practical experience equips me to manage properties with professionalism, precision, and a focus on meeting client expectations.
