Kristin was an outstanding property manager who helped me every step of the way. Not only did she help me rent my new place, but personally handed me the keys and did frequent check-ins/maintained upkeep. I would highly recommend her to family and friends. Thank you again!

Our experience with using Kris and her team continue to exceed our expectations. With our multiple condos in Edgewater and Brickell, the time I have to focus on my tenants and renters during high-season is limited, but KHOS handles it all.
