Our monthly management fees, ranging from 6% to 9%, are designed to suit your specific needs, accounting for factors such as property value, type, and your investment portfolio. As a token of gratitude for our nation's heroes, we proudly offer a special 1% discount to active military personnel and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a nutshell, our onboarding process looks as follows: 1. Initial contact and consultation. 2. Property assessment and evaluation. 3. Review and sign management agreement. 4. Gather necessary property documentation. 5. Get property rent ready or hand over existing tenants 6. Market and advertise the property. (in case vacant) 7. Conduct tenant screening process. (in case vacant) 8. Prepare lease agreement for tenants. (in case vacant) 9. Perform move-in/move-out inspections. (in case vacant) 10. Maintain ongoing communication with the client. 11. Provide continuous property management services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the National Board of Realtors in Florida (NAR) . In addition to that, we get extensive training through our Keyrenter University and training week at our Headquarters in Utah.
