- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices have many variable factors such as portfolio size, tenant count, property size, property condition, distance, every property is different but I also want to build relationships with legacy clients with long lasting relationships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe relationship building and mutual understanding is important. A meet and greet, property inspection, negotiation. Stabilize the asset immediately, ensure steady income stream.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my 12 years of corporate experience and reaching Director of property management I worked for a large corporation servicing multiple portfolios and also worked on the landlord side managing the in-house portfolio. I’m a licensed real estate agent and have done leasing, consulting, and project management.
